All exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

To do so, please e-mail us at hi@gritkult.com, with a photo of your product (s) and proof of purchase.

The product(s) must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as you received them.

Shipping costs are not included.

You can return your online order within 14 days of delivery. Please mind the shipping fees are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as you have received them.

If you wish to return your online purchase, please e-mail us first at hi@gritkult.com for further assistance.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know if the return is accepted.

It may take up to 15 working days for the refund to be credited back into your bank account/credit card.

After your item is received, inspected, and accepted, we will proceed with the refund of your items. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within the next few days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before it gets credited to your account. There is often a certain processing period involved - please allow up to 15 working days for the refund to be fulfilled.

In the unfortunate event that you received a defective t-shirt, please e-mail us at hi@gritkult.com and explain us the situation with photos.
